Florida cop suspended for pointing taser at child's head
A police officer in Boca Raton, Florida, was suspended for three days this week for aiming a taser at the forehead of a 16 year old boy.

Department police is to aim tasers at the torso and
not the head of a subject. The laser which was activated could have
potentially damaged the child's eyesight while an accidental discharge
could have caused serious injury. Officer Robert Ingram was found
guilty at a hearing of an internal charge of conduct unbecoming an
officer. Ingram claimed he was trying to intimidate the boy while
another officer handcuffed him.
