Ohio students start petition to ban taser use in school
Students at the Newark, Ohio, high school where a student was shocked with a taser last Wednesday, have started a petition to have taser use banned in their school.
So far the students - who compare taser use with the use of corporal punishment - have collected hundreds of signatures. Two students have been shocked with tasers by police at the school since March.
``They don't paddle kids at school anymore, so how can they Taser them?''
