Montana cop charged with taser abuse
A Powell County, Montana, sheriff's deputy was charged last Tuesday with shocking a man in custody with a taser without cause.

Deputy Michael Brown is charged with mistreatment of a prisoner and official misconduct in connection with the March 28th incident. At the time Brown shocked the man he was alone and handcuffed in a locked cell. Brown is accused of deploying the taser through the cell's food delivery slot.
