Georgia teen shocked with taser at school
Police in Hall County, Georgia, shocked a 17 year old high school student with a taser last Thursday.
The child was shocked after she became involved in an altercation in the school's parking lot after someone intentionally scratched her vehicle with their keys. Officer Jeff Hooper - the officer who shocked the child - is on paid leave while an investigation is conducted. Officials at the school support Hooper's actions.
