The man was shocked four times with a taser by deputy Charles Dix as he was comforting his wife after a traffic accident in 2003. The lawsuit has been settled for 150 thousand dollars. Last year another lawsuit involving Dix was settled for 250 thousand dollars. In that case he was accused of shocking a woman with a taser in the parking lot of a department store in December 2004. 1. Please allow me to intoduce my self. I am a law abiding citizen here is Escambia county and I have personal dealt with the officers over in D south that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Forgive me while I vent! Yea, I dealt with The Infamous Charles Dix. He was very high strung and out of controll. everytime I look at my rist and four arm I see the wound that 29 stitches had to closed. Mr. Dix could have haddeled the situation at hand allot better than he did. From What I experienced with him on a few occasions along with Deputy Flint, whom which has since also been fired and Deputy Allday, is that they were apart of "the good oh boys" at best at their best.
