Florida deputy shocks 17 year old 3 times with taser
An Orange County, Florida, sheriff's deputy is accused of shocking a high school student with a taser in a dispute over a cell phone.
The unnamed deputy wrongly believed that the cell phone phone did not belong to the 17 year old. The student was shocked three times when he refused to hand over the phone.
