Texas taser death
A man died on Monday after he was shocked with a taser by police in Dallas, Texas.

One officer fired his Taser, but one of the two probes missed, Geron said. As the man tried to get to his knees, the officer fired the stun gun a second time. This time, both probes connected and the man dropped the knife, Geron said. The officers handcuffed him as he continued to struggle, Geron said. The man suddenly stopped breathing as paramedics who had been summoned were treating him, Geron said. Officers immediately removed the handcuffs, and paramedics rushed the man to a nearby hospital, Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, where he died, Geron said.
