North Carolina taser death
A man died in Dublin, North Carolina, on Sunday after he was shocked with a taser by sheriff's deputies.

Deputies who responded to a complaint earlier that night described Cook as incoherent and irrational. Cook assaulted a deputy who approached him, Sheriff Steve Bunn said. A deputy shot him with the Taser gun, which delivers a jolt of electricity, in an attempt to subdue him, but Cook pulled the wires from his body. Cook was restrained and collapsed a few minutes later.

I'm writing a research paper based on TASERS. I intend to prove that they are in fact a high liability issue. If you or someone you know has had an encounter with a Taser and suffered injury or resulted in death please send me any info that you have to my Addy. To many horror stories of cops using the Taser as a source of punishment not a control device to subdue an non compliant person. Not only should the manufacturer be held liable, but the law enforcement officer/agency should be as well!! Also, if you or someone you know has a Pacemaker and was caused severe injury or it resulted in death of that person please let me know as well! If you or someone you know was pregnant and the Taser caused you or your unborn child injury or death please let me know!! It is crucial that I can in fact prove that the TASER is a HIGH LIABILITY ISSUE beyond a reasonable doubt! Thanks for your contribution to this its greatly appreciated!
