California cops kill man
Police killed a man in Martinez, California, on Wednesday.
A man brandishing what police believed to be a gun was shot dead Wednesday morning when he pointed the fake weapon at officers just moments after he threatened a construction worker, telling him "Today's your last day on Earth."
