Pennsylvania cops kill 2
Police in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, killed two people in separate incidents on Thursday.
In the first shooting, a man pointed a handgun at an officer during a confrontation in Center City; in the second, the shooting came during a foot chase, and the slain man may have been unarmed.
