New Mexico cop arrested for attempted child sex
A former Santa Fe, New Mexico, police officer was arrested on Saturday for trying to lure a child he met on the internet into a sexual encounter.
An Associated press report says that Daniel Valdez is charged with attempted criminal sexual penetration of a child under 16 years old.
