Michigan cop gets house arrest for videotaping child sex
A reserve sheriff's deputy in Genesee County, Michigan, was sentenced to 60 days of house arrest last week for videotaping a friend's wife have sex with a 13 year old.
The Flint Journal says that deputy John Debono was also sentenced to two years of probation. He had previously pleaded guilty to possession of child sexually abusive material and attempted accosting a child for immoral purposes. Both charges are felonies. Debono must also register as a sex offender. On August 11th he allegedly used his cell phone to record a video of his friend's wife engaging in sexual activity with a naked 13 year old. Debono was removed from his position as a reserve deputy.
