Nevada cop facing child sex charges
A Reno, Nevada, police officer was arrested last week for having sex with a 17 year old in his police cruiser.
KOLO reports that sergeant Paul Pitsnogle was indicted by a grand jury on charges including two counts of sex acts with a child, official misconduct and open and gross lewdness. Pitsnogle was observed in his patrol car with a naked 17 year old on an interstate highway on April 4th of this year. He faces one year in jail and must register as a sex offender in the event he is convicted. Pitsnogle has been suspended from his job with pay and is currently free on 85 hundred dollars bail. Police are asking for the help of the public in identifying other potential victims of the officer. Police are specifically requesting the cooperation of women who have had contact with Pitsnogle where he hinted that he would allow then to get out of a ticket in exchange for performing a sex act.
