California cop arrested for sex with teen
A police officer in San Diego, California, was arrested on Tuesday for having a sexual relationship with a teenager.
KGTV reports that officer Cedric Green is believed to have carried on a sexual relationship with a 17 year old for several months. Green had been working with the department's juvenile services team for the past 14 years. The married 44 year old officer reportedly became acquainted with the teen through his job. Earlier this month a student reported the relationship to a teacher, who then reported it to a school administrator who reported the officer's activity to authorities. Green has been suspended from his job without pay and is expected to be fired.
