Florida cop arrested for possession of child porn
A sheriff's deputy in Lee County, Florida, was arrested last Thursday for possession of child pornography.
The Bonita daily News says that sergeant Russell Graham is charged with six counts of possession of photographs of sexual performance by a child. He was fired from his job the same day as his arrest. Graham served as a Lee County deputy for 24 years.
“A situation like this is embarrassing and disappointing to all who wear the badge of a law enforcement officer,” Lee Sheriff Mike Scott said in a statement. “It's important to remember that the actions of one individual should not cast a shadow on all of the other members who represent our agency so well."
