Florida cop arrested for shooting man who failed to complete sex act
A Palm Beach County, Florida, sheriff's deputy was arrested Friday after he was involved in a drunken shooting over payment for a sex act.

The Palm Beach Post says that deputy James Seigfreid was drunk when he paid a man 40 dollars to perform a sex act on him in his unmarked patrol car. When the man did not "finish" the act Seigfreid demanded his money back. The man left and the deputy fired into the man's car in an attempt to get him to stop. When police responded he told them that he shot the man because he had robbed him. Fingerprint evidence showed that the man had been inside the deputy's squad car prior to the shooting. Seigfreid is charged with aggravated battery, shooting into an occupied vehicle, use of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol and filing a false report in the commission of a crime. He is on paid leave from his job.
