Kansas cop arrested for sex with inmate
A Beloit, Kansas, police officer was arrested last Wednesday for having sex with an inmate.
The Salina journal says that officer Scott Emerson is accused of having sex with a female inmate on February 14th and February 25th. Emerson is free on bond. his current duty status is unknown.
