Pennsylvania brutality lawsuit settled for $180 thousand
The town of Hanover, Pennsylvania, has settled a police brutality lawsuit filed by a firefighter who was roughed up by a police officer at a Toby Keith concert.

The Pittsburgh-Post Gazette says that officer Jay Green got into a fight with the man and tripped him before arresting him for disorderly conduct. That charge was later dropped. The lawsuit claimed that the man was injured in the altercation and required surgery to repair the damage done by officer Green.
