Pennsylvania brutality lawsuit settled
The city of Easton, Pennsylvania, settled a police brutality lawsuit for 65 thousand dollars last week.

The lawsuit was filed in 2003 by a man who claimed that police used excessive force during an arrest. The defendants in the lawsuit were officers John Mazzeo, Salvatore Crisafulli, and Michael Orchulli as well as the department, several high ranking officers, the city and the former mayor. In the last five years the city of Easton has settled six police lawsuits for a total of five million dollars. Two more lawsuits are still pending.
