Georgia cop videotaped using excessive force on woman
A police officer in College Park, Georgia, was videotaped brutalizing a female prisoner last week.

WSB-TV reports that sergeant Kevin Sudderth arrested the woman after she was involved in a minor altercation at a local bar. The woman says that Sudderth threatened her during the arrest. She was driven by another officer to a local jail but Sudderth was there to greet her when she arrived. He was then videotaped using excessive force to drag the handcuffed woman all the way from the police car to her jail cell. He has been placed on paid leave while the Georgia Bureau of Investigation investigates.

I saw on Fox 5 Atlanta where a Union City Police officer arrested a cook at McDonalds Fast food yesterday, Sept 6, 2007, for "too much salt" which "made him sick". Why didnt he just return the thing like we, normal citizens would, and get another one. Does this mean now that we can do a citizens arrest on the waitress, cooks, cashier if our steak and potato at Outback or Longhorns? Abuse of power on behalf of the cop I am sure.... when are we, the citizen going to be backed up by the court system?
