Colorado cop charged with felony
A police officer in Aurora, Colorado, was charged on Monday with lying to a government official in an attempt to reduce the suspension of her driver's licence.

KUSA reports that officer Rebecca Brewster is charged with attempting to influence a public servant - a felony. Brewsters driving permit had been suspended after she lost what is considered to be an excessive amount of points on her licence. Brewster was placed on paid leave after she was charged.
