New York cop pleads guilty to forgery
A Norwich, New York, police officer pleaded guilty to forgery last week.

News 10 reports that officer Randy Palmer pleaded guilty to the charge as part of an agreement which saw a grand larceny charge against him dropped. Palmer was accused of stealing 53 thousand dollars from the Police Benevolent Association by forging withdrawal slips. Palmer was the president of the association at the time. He faces up to seven years in prison when he is sentenced on July 6th.
