Tennessee cop pleads guilty to setting up wife for false cocaine arrest
A police officer in Memphis, Tennessee, pleaded guilty on Monday to stealing money during a traffic stop and conspiring with his partner to have his ex-wife arrested on cocaine charges.

WPTY reports that officer James Fetter and his former partner Adam Gagnier planted cocaine on Fetter's wife in 2004 when the couple was experiencing some marital difficulties. His wife was falsely arrested and imprisoned. Fetter and Gagnier are also accused of stealing three thousand dollars from a motorist who they admit they stopped without justification. Fetter is facing a possible 10 year prison sentence and thousands of dollars in fines when he is sentenced.

He should be made to serve twice the sentence that any ordinary criminal would have to serve. He should have known better as he is/was hired ,trained and paid to uphold and enforce the law. Including the ones he has broken.
