Nebraska cop arrested for domestic assault
A police officer in Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on Tuesday for domestic violence.

KETV reports that officer Robert Mjeldheim was arrested after police observed visible injuries on an undisclosed member of his family. He is charged with third degree domestic assault and disturbing the peace. Mjeldheim has been suspended with pay while an internal investigation is conducted. He was scheduled to return to work on May 1st after a year of military service.
