Two Texas cops arrested on federal charges
Two San Antonio, Texas, police officers were arrested this week in unrelated cases.

KSAT reports that officer Roberto Garza was arrested on Wednesday for violating the rights of a 16 year old. Garza is accused of physically abusing the child during a March 2003 arrest. Garza faces ten years in prison and a 250 thousand dollar fine if he is convicted. San Antonio police officer Joseph Evans was arrested on Tuesday on federal drug charges. Both officers have been suspended without pay.
